get on with sb.意为“ ”; get on with sth.意为“ ”。

探究二:instead与instead of用法辨析
instead为 ,意为“反而;代替;而不是”,后面不接其他词,通常放在句首或句末,在句首时,常用逗号隔开,表示前面的事情没有做,而做了后面的事。 instead of为 ,意为“代替;而不是”,后面可跟与前面并列成分相对应的名词、代词、动名词形式等。
探究三:whatever的用法
whatever代词,意为“ ”,相当于no matter what,引导让步状语从句。类似的词还有whoever( ),whenever( ),wherever( ),however( )。
Whatever happens,we’ll meet here tonight.不管发生什么事情,我们今晚都会在这儿会面。
注意:whatever引导的从句作主语时,谓语动词要用 形式。
