探究一:else的用法
else形容词,意为“ ”,用于 和不定代词之后。
Can I do anything else for you?我还能为你做点别的事吗?
注意:somebody else,anybody else的所有格形式分别是somebody else’s,anybody else’s。
It’s somebody else’s money.这是别人的钱。
探究二:I saw some cannibals trying to kill two men from ship.我看见食人者正试图杀死两个来自破船的人。
(1)towards介词,意为“ ”。常用在动词后面表示动作的方向,用在表示时间的名词之前则表示“接近”。
注意:towards指“朝”目的地移动;to含有“ ”之意。
The dog is coming towards the boy.那条狗朝这个男孩走来。
(2)see sb.doing sth.“ ”。与see sb.doing sth.类似的用法的词还有 等。
I hear a girl singing a song in the room.
拓展:see sb.do sth.( do 是省略to的动词不定式)表示“经常看见某人做某事”或“看到某一动作的全过程”。
