【点拨】and和with都有“和”的意思，但and是连词，连接两个并列的充分，当其连接的两个词作主语时，谓语动词应用复数，如：Tom and Mike are good students. Tom和mike是好学生。with是介词，常与后面的词一起构成介词短语，后面接人称代词时应用宾格形式，如：I often go to school with him. 我经常和他一起去上学。在下面的句子中，谓语动词应用单数：He with his parents is at hone now. 因为本句的主语是h e，with his pa rents是介词短语来修饰主语he。
