“疑问词加to do something”这种结构构成的不定式短语相当于一个名词短语，在句子中可以作主语、宾语和表语。如：
When to go there is still a problem.什么时候去那儿还是个问题。(作主语)
I do not know how to do it. 我不知道该怎么做这件事。(作宾语)
Can you tell me where to have the meeting?你能告诉我在哪开会吗？(作宾补)
