This unit mainly talks about robots, science fiction literature and science fiction novelist. It refers to the famous novelist Isaac Asimov and his science fiction novel about robots.
2.学情分析（the analysis of the students）
The Ss have already had some common sense of robots and they may have something to say about robots, so the Ss would have more challenges to memorize more words and expressions in this unit.

a. To know the meanings of the following new words and phrases: desire, test out, alarmed, sympathy, favour, accompany, turn around, leave… alone and so on.
b. To learn about some functions of robots.
