As we know, good health is more important than wealth. Firstly, food gives us energ y, so we must have enough food to keep us healthy. If we eat too little or too much food, or we choose the wrong food, it can make us sick. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. Also we mustn’t eat bad food or drink sour milk. Then we should tidy our houses and sweep the floors often. We mustn’t throw litter about. And we should not stay too long in crowded places. Finally if we feel sick, we had better see a doctor. After checking over or examining, the doctor usually gives us some medicine. Remember how to take it, twice or three times a day, and pay attention to what the doctor said. Above all, it’s necessary for us to do exercise often and build some good habits.
